Oriental House

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Not only will they let you BUY a kids meal for delivery but they won’t even let you add veggies to a plate….I’m PAYING YOU and you don’t even cater to the customer. I wasn’t rude on the phone but the employee was not helpful at all. Basically said “sorry” like no help on substituting anything. And the food was cold and hard when I got it. Never eating there again.

Updated 7-2022 We went back there I really used to like this place. But on our last time back I was informed they can't make anything gluten-free that they said they made before. I really do like their food I think their food is great if you're not going intolerant it's a great place. I was kind of disappointed that I couldn't get what I had the previous two times not sure what's going on just wanted to put that out there for those that have intolerance issue We've just had our second experience at the Oriental House. I have to say both experiences were excellent. From Nick who is so very helpful at the register to Maggie who helped us out so much today. I feel the food is excellent and with me being gluten free they were very helpful and helping me pick out some excellent dishes. All of the people that work there are very friendly and very nice.

We used to place group orders all the time at work but stopped for a while. Just got a group order today and we were wondering about the prices. Come to find out they charged us a $5 delivery fee per person/plate. So the food price is high, $5 per person/plate, and tip. Food is good but not that good.
