Oriental Chinese Restaurant

We have lived in La Habra for over 10 years now and we got a flyer for them when we first moved in. Hands down the best food around and a Great selection... Something for everyone. We always get take out or have it delivered and we always get amazing service and are treated like family. Can't say enough good things about this place. Family favorite in La Habra.

This place is located in the Sycamore Plaza. It has been open for more than 30 years, which should tell you how good the restaurant is. And how old, by the title (newer places don't use the word "Oriental" anymore). The food is excellent, just slightly more oil than I would have wanted, but, as usual, you get a lot of food and made the way I'm used to, having come from the East coast.

Not going back. I've been going here for 20 years I've always enjoyed it. I bragged to my friends that it's a slightly upscale place with white linen tablecloths and napkins and linen chair covers, food good place clean. NOT THIS TIME Haven't been back since before the pandemic no more linens, bare tables, paper napkins, run down. A shower curtain is used to separate part of the dining room but the worst of all... biggest black rat I've ever seen, running back and forth up on the ceiling sconces. This is proof our health department is failing us. They seem to be focused on takeout business now converted part of the dining room for that. Service staff was dry and straight faced. The food was flavorful and I enjoyed it until I saw the rodent in the dinning room. I did not take my leftovers home. I'm very sad this was a great place. Must be new owners.
