Everything was perfect. Rafael is one of the best servers we've ever had. Even helped me decide on a pair of shoes I bought while waiting on the food. Definitely request him if you go any time soon.
The food was pretty good. Once the food was brought our serve Madeline did not reappear until it was time to cash out. We had a party of 8 so 20% gratuity was added, I get is the norm. She did not mention to us that we'd already had 20% added, which I think is kind of shady. She was young though and I don't blame this on her, I blame this on lack of training and a direct reflection on the manager(s).
The server we had did the best she could under the circumstances. The restaurant was severely understaffed and i can guess the kitchen was as well. The food was slow to arrive and not great.
