On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - W. Little Rock

I really wanted to have a better experience. I love OTB. They have the best chips and salsa around. Upon entering, there was a sign that warned about delays in service due to staff shortages. However, the hostess sat us immediately and our server started off great. We finished our chips and salsa within a few minutes and didn't see the server again until our food came out when we were finally able to ask for more. I was not offered another refill on my drink, at all. The server dropped the check and then I had to bring my card to her just so I could try to leave. Now, I understand being under staffed. However, servers sitting at a back table on their cell phones isn't under staffed. I'm a simple customer, just keep eyes on my table and check in once every 10ish minutes. That didn't happen and hence the mediocre review. I'm just hoping this is a one of experience and the local people of Little Rock don't have to endure this experience.

They are wheelchair accessible. They have plenty of parking. The food and staff were excellent. It be may seem a bit tricky to get to from Chenal parkway; but be patient and once you sit down inside it will be worth it. I've loved this place for awhile now and I'm glad for the opportunity to share it .

Staff are in short supply, so wait times are long. Our waitress was helpful, accommodating, and relatively prompt. At a 5:30pm seating for our family of 4, it was nearly an hour before we got our food. Food was good, hot, and correct.
