On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Hartman Heritage

The food was great. It was the waiter's first night and he was very busy. He did an excellent job and was running around to take care of everyone. Overall a great experience.

From the manager down to the servers is just absolute trash. They’re not personable, polite, or welcoming. They lack basic skills for customer service. Myself along with a total of 6 other people (who were strangers to me) waited to be greeted. The couple ahead of me waited to be greeted for 15 minutes before walking out. Several people walked in after I did and also left. I was the only one that decided to be patient but I got fed up too. Don’t eat here! It’s clear the employees here are methheads! My afternoon ended with me reporting everyone to corporate.

Horrible service. We went on a Saturday. Very empty. We ordered slushies for the kids. The blenders did not work. Then we tried ordering a couple drinks and they kept saying they were out of everything. We should have left then but we decided to stay. Food looks nothing like the menu. The bread for the “torta” was a hot dog bun. The meat was greasy and thick with no flavor nor color. I tried my child’s chicken tenders and they tasted like biscuit. Super gross. Spent $90 on food idid not eat. Very disappointed.
