On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Arrowhead

Hannah was very attentive to my needs. She made very welcomed recommendations. There was no rush to get me out ASAP!!! Everyone was very friendly and happy to see me, even though this was my first time there. I had the fish tacos ????. They were very tasty and presented very appealingly. Give the place a try...I think that you will enjoy your dining, either lunch or dinner. Parking: There's plenty of parking. I was in my Motorhome. Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see anyone in a wheelchair when I was there. But, everything seemed accessible, including the men's restroom.

This was perhaps one of the worst dining experiences I have had. When we arrived (party of two), no one was at the host stand to seat us. After a long wait the hostess arrived. She never once said hello, or offered an apology for the long wait. Once seated we received chips and salsa quickly. The waitress took our drink and meal order together, we also ordered queso as an appetizer. Nearly 30 minutes pass and we are finished with our chips, still no drinks or queso. Our server was no where to be found. My wife went to the host stand to try and get service, and of course the hostess was not there again. When she returned my wife got up again to get us some service. Finally the hostess went and got our drinks and queso, and sent a manager to the table. The manager heard our complaints about service, but never once offered any type of empathy or apology. It felt like we were inconveniencing her. Honestly, not what they used to be. Salsa recipe truly tasteless. Chips are good though. What happened to their older or original recipe for their salsa? Rice and beans are good but food isn't as hot as I'd like it. Something happened, they lack originality. Features: No mask required - yay!
