Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Update: After seeing Olive Garden looks at these, I am updating to explain my experience. I hesitate to say I’ll never come back, but I really did not enjoy my dinner with my wife here. Coming in, it was great. Got seated quickly, staff was cordial. Main issue was the food: Bread sticks did not taste fresh, to start off. Tasted stale. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin, my wife the chicken carbonara. The steak looked good, but when I cut it, it was rare. Too rare. I asked for it to be medium rare, so I kindly let our server know. I honestly would have been ok with them putting my steak back in the oven for a couple more minutes, but they decided to make me a new one, which is kind. Except they took approximately 15 minutes for my new steak. By the time my server came back with my food, my wife was done eating, so we decided to take it home as we have a baby sitter watching our 3 kids. To finish it off, when I got home I realized my second steak was severely over cooked and tasted awful. Neithe

I drove just to eat at this place that I heard so much talk about. The worst experience ever!! My partner and I arrived they sat us down and forgot about us s you possibly could not being that we were the only blacks in the center of the restaurant!! Everyone had there food after 10 mins of not being offer a drink or salad to wait for our waiter!! Everyone around us had there food and was looking at us and we had nothing!! We finally flagged a waiter down and ask who would serve us.. again another 5 mins.. so 15 mins of no drinks or anything. When the waiter finally arrive we got up and walked away!! Just awful!! I’ve never been treated like this in a restaurant ever!!

Never eat olive garden again. My family got food poisoning from this restaurant. The manager Joe couldn't care less. After I asked for his boss...he became upset. Donna called my grandson and was very very kind. She refunded the 65 dollars immediately. It's not the money. It's the kindness and sincere conversation Donna had with him. Joe could take an empathy lesson for sure.
