Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Went for a birthday party, they gave us two servers, they spread the orders and to care of drinks and apps good, one server spilled a drink on me, luckily just water no big deal, good comes out timely taste good, same server so spilled cheese on me when trying to add cheese on dish, bumped me and just tried to play it off. Briefly made a comment about it and she ignored it. The food being good saved the review. Food solid, service 7/10

Really hated this experience. The waiter was a bit strange and we ordered soups but waited for a long time. I had to ask him and he’s like oh I forgot.. it took awhile for our entree to come, and when it did; right there a huge strand of hair was in the food. I just pointed to the waiter and he took it right away. He said they’ll make another one, I just said I don’t want it or anything anymore because this made me uneasy and not want to eat. The manager came to tell me they took the dish off bill, but yes I expected because I said I didn’t want it anymore, not going to pay for something I didn’t have. But NOTHING was offered due to this or a true solution. So disappointed and left hungry but sick to my stomach. My husband said his food was fine.

Great Service hands down. Food was amazing and the person who took Our order was kind enough to give us there lunch specials even though it wasn't lunch time. Had one issue But was fixed in seconds. To be honest it wasn't a issue, I didn't like something and he Noticed it and took care of me right away. I Appreciate the way I was taken care of without having to say anything.
