I enjoy going to Olive Garden to have a cocktail after a day of shopping in the Arden mall. The food here is delicious and the service is five stars in my opinion.
This is the perfect "family date" restaurant for my pickier eaters. The kids like the games on the little tablet that's provided at each table, and we love the service. The waitstaff are fantastic and the food is consistently good.
We were there for Father’s Day yesterday evening. When we got there we checked in to see the wait time because we had registered on their website but we were told that it was still a 25 minute wait. After a while we were seated and the waitress was exceptional in the beginning. The kitchen was so backed up that we waited a whole hour until we got our food, and my husband’s plate was made incorrectly and the steak was overly salted. We were told it would be another 40-50 minute wait to remake his plate so I ended up having to share with him. She assured us that she would remove the order for us after speaking with the manager. She was very apologetic and even offered us a dessert on the house. I was expecting the manager to come and speak with us or even apologize, but they never showed up. It was the worst Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had, and on Father’s Day at that.
