Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My recent visit to Olive Garden was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the food was quite good. Our meals were nice and warm, and the salad was fresh and mixed well to our specific requests. The breadsticks were also a highlight. However, the service we received from our server, Ana, left something to be desired. We had asked for a side of olives after she took our drink orders, which included water, lemonade, and tea. Despite reminding her when our food arrived, we didn't receive our olives until we were basically done with our meals. Ana seemed to be ignoring us, standing in a corner and ignoring our attempts to get her attention. She even brought us the wrong soup and instead of going to get the right one, she just asked us if we wanted the one she brought instead. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor service we received from Ana detracted from the experience. It's possible she was just having a bad day, but it really affected her customer service. I hope that in the

food is super yummy! Joe is so good, his service is very attentive to the guests. I have a good experience here. Highly recommand.

If it wasn't for the salad this would be a one star. Waiter was painfully slow. It took forever to get drinks and appetizer. He brought our calamari and salad within 1 minute of each other and our entrees literally like three minutes later. Only to make some dopey comment like the kitchen is fast tonight. I was too polite to tell him it wasn't fast he was slow on our drinks and apps ... The lasagna tasted like over microwaved stale cheese, the calamari had some awful dried spices and the chicken Parm was way overcooked. Funny, I was craving the salad cuz I don't think I've had one from Olive garden in 20 years. Here's the good news in 20 years and not going back because this dinner was so bad.
