Walked in and the lobby area stunk. I could tell it was coming from the bathrooms. We were seated and it took 10 minutes to get a server. Please note it was DEAD in the restaurant, so no reason it should've taken that long. Placed our full order for drinks, apps, and entrees. Server even said she was going to put in the order for app on the tablet so it came out faster. 20 minutes went by and we still didn't even have our drinks, so we left. There were plenty employees working that were walking back and forth and they didn't even make eye contact with us. Absolutely no accountability or engagement.
Sat at the bar, bartender was super chill and friendly. Was in town for work definitely would return again when I need to escape the hotel. Dont remember bartender name but he said he worked there about 24 years.
,Service was great, seating good, 38 of us in all. GREAT JOB on the Service, and food. ONLY real problem all of us had was the air conditioning, we were all seated in the far back and BOY WAS IT HOT back there. Thanks for all the help and kindness we received..
