Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The Service was horrible. I first called to make a reservation and was told no reservations first come first served. I went there with my family to celebrate my Son's promotion. I had my 3 year old and 8 month old Grand babies along with 5 other family members. I was first told that it would be a 25 minute wait and to give my email address so that they could contact me for seating. The App that I was told to check in didnt work so we stayed inside waiting to be seated. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it would be an additional 25 to 30 minutes while we all stood and waited with small babies. I also noticed that they were seating families that came after I came and once seated the waitress kept disappearing and someone else had to eventually help us. We finally received our salad and bread sticks 40 minutes after being seated. Horrible Service?! I will not be returning!!

This locations food is always on point and consistent like you would expect. Gone to Tyler location and last 3 visits food has been inconsistent from the soup to the Alfredo and chicken parmashen ???? I'm paying to eat good consistent food and Tyler location falls way way short on consistency and service if all olive gardens were like Tyler location in Riverside I would never go back. Someone up the corporate ladder really needs to fix this.But Moval location all in all excellent from food to service. Sometimes food is a little slow coming out of kitchen.

Haven't been here since the pandemic. Still Great Food and Service! ????????????????
