Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Most of the food was good. The spinach and artichoke dip was over baked which made it really crispy around the edges and about of 1/3 was unbeatable. We received 2 bowls of salad and both bowls were lacking in salad dressing. Our waitress was very nice, but she seemed tired and maybe overwhelmed, which made for very slow service and us sitting without salad and bread sticks for a long period of time. Our main dishes were excellent!

Food was good but service is horrible! Server was in a bad mood, took 20 mins to come take our order, took another 25 mins to come back and check our table. Never came back to see if we needed any refills. Tried to b patient and understanding, but it wasn't really that busy. Had another table waiting for 15 mins so they just walked out the door. Before they left they told the front desk person the service here is bad. I would say management needs to be more attentive and train servers better. Would not be coming back if anything will go to other locations.

One of my favorite restaurants by far. I've been a handful of times, and everytime the staff has been outstanding. Always so friendly and kind, the atmosphere is amazing so relaxing, the food is fresh and so good I can't stop eating even if I'm full. They even let us take a to go back home with extra fresh bread, and extra chocolates.
