Shrinkflation...Olive garden has really cut corners with their portions. Their food quality is not even close to what it used to be. The atmosphere was crowded and noisy. As we were being seated, one of the waiters told the hostess seating us "you could have waited to pass you know" in a harsh tone. I definitely felt uncomfortable. Courtney was our waitress and she is awesome sweet and attentive. The manager was very nice as well. However my tour of Italy was over microwaved and not edible. Utensils were visibly dirty. The soup was Watery bland and they even changed their recipe for the breadsticks! They were bland and the texture was different. The salad was very soggy and overly drenched. This location caters to tourists so I know they are busy but I'm really shocked and disappointed in the microwaved food...UPDATE.. A classic Olive garden. Good food and nice service. We receive plenty of information from the dishes they serve. The garlic bread is very good, and also the salad. The Alfredo are their specialty. Recommended.
Ordered the shrimp alfredo, the raspberry lemonade, and pumpkin cheesecake. Delicious and well seasoned. My cousin ordered the eggplant. The service was okay as my cousin's husband didn't get a drink until halfway through and there was a hair in her salad ???? but, all of my stuff was amazing! ????
