We had a party 8, 2 kids. 4 adults had salad. 2 adults just got salad and soup. They brought one bowl of salad. I had to ask for another bowl for the other couple because I knew we would eat a majority of the salad After-all we order soup and salad only.We had to ask for our soup because we never got it and then she brought one right after we got one bowl. So by the time we got to our second bowl it was cold. We had to wait on breadstick and she brought them when we were done. The kids had to wait for the ketchup so kids had cold fries and had to wait for it. Our drinks which was water wasn’t refilled but once so we drank sparingly. The water tasted dirty too. Then to top it off….NO MINTS. Poor and slow service.
This was the worst Olive Garden we've ever been to. The service was slow especially being we visited on a Thursday evening. The food was as good as normal. The mixed drinks came out without garnishes. The wife had a amaretto sour that barely had a splash of amaretto. I ordered an Italian margarita with a sugar rim. I'm guessing that they were out of bar sugar because it had normal granulated sugar (looked rather unpleasant). It was a sticky mess.
Our waitress, Ruby, went above and beyond x1,000 to make sure we had everything we needed all night. Our food took a while, but at 6:30 on a Friday that was to be expected. Ruby made sure we had extra soup to take home at the end, and gave us plenty of mints when we said they were our favorite. Will be back, and will be sure to ask for her again!
