Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

10/29/22 visit was excellent. Great food. We got the endless pasta. Erin was an excellent service representative. There was a small wait prior to being seated, but no big deal. We were very pleased to look forward to coming back soon. Older review: The service here was excellent. Enjoyed very delicious pasta. Can't beat the included salad and breadsticks. Very nice place.

Good food paired with a good drink, everything was great. We both ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara with a Long Island iced tea. We showed up maybe 30 minutes before closing and we thought that they might not seat us but it was the complete opposite. We were immediately greeted by a manager and a hostess and showed to a table. The waiter was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the menu and made us feel real welcomed. The bartender brought us our drinks and even checked on us a few minutes later. I don’t usually give 5 stars but after rereading this review I have to change it from a 4 to a 5.

Olive Garden was terrible. First when we placed our order, the waitress corrected our pronunciation. Annoying and a drop in tip. Next she brought a big bowl of salad and no plates. Said she would be right back but was near ten minutes we stared at salad. Then she showed up with bowls of soup, but still no salad plates. We had to eat soup before salad or else have cold soup. She never did bring salad plates, we ended up using the plate beneath our soup bowl. We were there when they unlock the door so restaurant was not crowded.
