Love this brand, but in the this restaurant when we are come in, it was already two people waiting and no one from restaurant on the front door to meet people. It was weird, and it is why 4 stars for this one.
The food is good but the service can be fair. We had like 3 different people waiting on us. You can order the lunch menu, but is kind of skimpy. We ordered from the dinner menu. It’s better to ask for extra tomato sauce, because they can be skimpy with the sauce. They should bring out hot bread with the meal, and put it in a cotton towel to keep it hot. They put it in a paper napkin, so this needs improvement. I wish they would improve their bread. It’s not really authentic Italian bread. This place is not extremely expensive, but not cheap either. It was about $40 plus tip. They don’t offer you the after dinner chocolate mints anymore. I guess you have to ask.
I like Olive Garden but sometimes the food is a hit or miss. This particular day it was not that great!!!! The salad and breadsticks have never failed me yet though!!! The service was top notch.
