Asked 3 times for soda refill. Took 20 minutes. Never received my second soup. Kept bringing 3 bread sticks for 3 guests only when requested. Salad for two was actually a salad for one.. but was made as requested. Finally received another small portion of bottomless Alfredo sauce. At $96+ for 3 people…. Not the Olive Garden I remember. Thanks for price gouging and very subpar service.!It wasn’t busy.
My boyfriend and I came here yesterday. Service was okay. We got in at a decent time, wasn’t really busy until we left. Our server was nice, but had a bit of an attitude like she was just annoyed to be there. Appetizer was good, no complaints there but when we got our food (boyfriend got the taste of Italy and I got chicken Alfredo) food was pretty bland and didn’t taste the greatest, but no big deal. We were just tired and hungry after work. We couldn’t finish our food, so we took it home. Within a few hours my boyfriend was in the bathroom sick, and was still sick this morning. I reheated my leftovers from last night today and it was just all covered in grease, and the chicken was chewy and grey. I got a few bites in before I started feeling sick myself. Honestly don’t know what happened, but sad that we wasted $75 on food that made us sick and we could barely eat. Not going here again after that experience. ????
I have to say, we enjoyed every single bite of the meal in there. We had unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. My kids enjoyed their kids menu as well. The host was super nice and attentive. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.
