As far as Olive Gardens go, this one is the nicest I’ve seen. It’s huge inside and the decor is pretty fun/new. If you’re eating at Olive Garden you know what kind of menu options to expect. Our food was great and so was the service. Can’t beat soup, salad, and breadsticks!
A very disappointing experience. We called a day in advance and again 6 hours early to confirm a reservation for 7. They lost our reservation still. They brought our food before the soup, salad, and breadsticks. They tried to give my girlfriends meal to two other tables before her. They didn't know who ordered what. They overcooked my brother-in-laws steak. They gave a drink with alcohol to a 13 year old girl at our table. The Olive Garden on George Bush Tollway in North Garland is a train wreck as far as I am concerned.
Good service! Very terrible food the pasta was under cooked.. I could have gotten a 5 year old to cook the food better than that! I will not be coming back to eat from here.
