Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Went out for dinner on a Monday and it was pretty busy! Vicki took amazing care of us! She greeted us quickly and was very attentive. We could tell she was busy but she made sure we felt acknowledged and taken care of. The host at the front was extremely polite as well. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Vicki and Olive Garden for a nice dinner :)

Terrible service. When we came in we were given the option to sit at the bar to which the hostess mentioned “you can sit at the tall tables or booth, wherever you’d like.” We weren’t walked in so we sat at a tall table and waited until one of the booths in the bar area was cleaned. Once it was we switched tables. Another hostess came and rudely said “this booth is reserved”, I told her what the first hostess had said and that they never mentioned the booth wasn’t allowed to which she replied “sorry, this is for the other guests.” We ended up leaving shortly after. During our initial 10 minute wait already in the bar area no servers approached us. We saw three servers at the bar area on their phone but no service. Truly disappointed.

I’ve been to Olive Garden many times. This is the best experience I’ve had. Ever. Reduced menu, but everything was fresh, delicious and the service was great, despite known staff shortages everywhere. I even ordered take home pasta. Cheers! Thanks to our server Rachel for a little humor and great service.
