Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I wish I had something nice to say about this lunch experience. My office ordered from this location today and when I received my meal I notice a dead bug. Very disturbing and gross. Lunch was ruined obviously. Do better when preparing someone's food.

I had the type of experience I expected from this restaurant. The food was well prepared and priced how you'd expect for this establishment. In addition to a nice selection of food choices, the options we chose were good. The atmosphere is nice, and there are many seating options for various party sizes. The restaurant was clean and organized. The servers were friendly. As far as franchises go, there's a set standard that most people expect. This restaurant certainly meets that standard, and I'd return if in the area again.

First & Foremost I want to give a HUGE shout out to our service Bianca (affectionately known as Miss B). I live in Austell and there is another Olive Garden location off Cobb Pkwy that A LOT closer but the last time my wife and I went there for lunch, the food quality was subpar AND the service was less than exceptional. My wife told me about a time she had great service and a great experience because of the server she had so we decided to roll the dice and come to this location. From the time we parked and got out the car there was a gentleman who came to actually open and hold the door for us with a greeting, already a 5 star experience. And as luck would have it we received the same great server she had that day, Miss B. When I say this young lady is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day that’s exactly what I mean.
