Burbank Empire 1741 N. Victory Place Bldg. R6 Burbank, CA 91502 This Location blew my mind!! The Customer service was impeccable. From the Hostess in the front desk to every staff member we came across there was nothing but Harmony at this location. Andrew was Amazing he made us feel welcomed. My mom wanted to see if the Alfredo could be done without garlic due to her dietary needs. Before placing the order Andrew went to make sure if that was possible. Julia one of the managers approached us and took the time to come over to our table and make sure what my mom was allergic too! Julia took the time to go over the menu with us and gave my mom a selection of options. Miguel Another Manager delivered our meals and made sure we had everything we needed. We are beyond thankful and appreciative of going out of your way today. Today we witnessed that there are still caring and genuine people in this world. True example that humanity still exists!
My family Enjoyed everything we ordered. Our server Andrew was very attentive and friendly! :)
I had some shrimp scampi, fried calamari and a peach tea. Shrimp scampi was so small, absolutely tiny on a huge plate like 5 bites lol and it tasted like something out the microwave. The endless salad that I ordered with it had way too much dressing on it. The peach tea was really good it tasted like something that is actually brewed. It was my first time that I've ever been to a Olive garden always heard about it and finally decided to go. Idk if I'll come back to try something else.
