Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We were very excited to come but the service was HORRIBLE. We came in Sunday night around 8pm. The hostesses had a lot of attitude and did not smile. As we waited you could hear the staff gossip on the main floor. After being seated we were greeted by our server. He is the only reason for the second star! We got some samples of the wine (pretty good deal for a bottle of moscato $15). Another rude encounter by the hostess, as the server was greeting us, she interrupted him and asked him if she had the correct drink for the table next to us. As soon as we sat down, we ordered an appetizer using the iPad. Which we never received. The food came out relatively quickly. After receiving the main course, the server informed us that he will try to come back and check on us as he got a large party to take care of. Overall, the food was good, service was awful and the bill was overpriced ($100 for mediocre Italian food). I would have been happy with this bill if the staff was friendlier.

This is a good Olive Garden location, well managed and clean and ample parking including to-go parking and a to-ordering desk. The wait wasn’t too bad for a Friday afternoon and the service was adequate. The food was actually good, fresh and well cooked. I wish the salad was a little more evenly chopped but it wasn’t too bad. The portions for the chicken Parmesan lunch order was adequate and tasted good, and I think the scampi is recommend too. I wish their plates looked a bit more cleaner, I think it is time for them to update it. They have a waiting area and they didn’t let us get reservations ahead of time for 6+ people. I like their payment tablet that’s on the table, makes splitting a check and paying much easier and I believe you can order from there too. They have contactless payment on that tablet as well. I’ll recommend this location if you are looking for a good Olive Garden to eat at.

I really like Olive Garden. They have a beautiful Alfredo sauce and their zupa Toscana soup is the absolute best hands down but unfortunately some of the other dishes I've had there recently have tasted a little "boxy" like you can taste its packaging. They've done better!
