I really try to find the positive in all the places I visit, this one is another negative experience. #number one the flatware was covered with some type of flim that couldn't be rubbed off with my napkin. "B. Y. O. Eating utensils if you have a problem with questionable stains on your flatware. # two the restaurant needs to be updated and dusted on a regular basis, I could see dust on the top of a mini fridge used for chilling wine, also there was rust and crud on the bottom between the floor and the cooler. # three the food was mediocre. I was there during the lunch hours, and I saw people come and go, so it has decent clientele.
The manager John was on top of things and concerned that the food was correct. Knowing a manger is paying attention to detail is wonderful. My waitress was polite and amazing she smiled and checked back in with me a lot to make sure everything was good. Loved the experience today.
We had a very long wait for curbside pickup (stall 1) for nearly 40 minutes; due to them running out of sauce. They did apologize profusely and gave us a $25 gift card for waiting for so long. While we appreciated that- I had to go inside to actually get the food and when we received the food it was cold!
