I haven’t been to a Olga’s kitchen in over 20 years, visiting one today in Southfield the staff was Awesome the food was nice and hot and fresh and our server Brandon was great! Customer service was great! Thank you for making our visit perfect!
Both times that I have gone (once in midday and then, again, in the early evening), there has been a long wait to receive my order. The 2nd time, I tried to call ahead to shorten the wait time but no one would answer the phone. When I arrived, the dining room only had 2-3 tables being served. There were two (at least waitresses) and one additional front end person in addition to the guy working the phone/takeout/cash register. I sincerely believe that they are not maximizing use of their staff--too many staff persons floating around for an 'empty' dining room whose phone was NOT ringing off the hook. Food WAS great, though!! And THAT'S important ????
I stopped by this location Saturday, October 1, around 11:30 a.m. The customer service was excellent and the food was hot and plentiful+. I definitely will be returning when I'm in the area. Thank you Dennis and/or Ray, Cynthia????
