Old Town Pizza Co

My mom and I just wanted some pizza. So I call and immediately when they pick up the person puts us on hold. When they get back and ask for the address, I told them it, and they asked for it again. I spelt it out for them, and they still didn't understand. My mom takes the phone and spells it, they don't understand. This goes on for like 5 minutes, they keep saying they got distracted. My mom asks for a new person to get on the phone, so she gets put on hold again. Its the same person again. Same thing again, can't get the address. Eventually another person gets on the phone, same thing. She spells the address, the person on the phone keeps saying they didn't hear it or they got distracted. Finally they get the address right. The address was not long, it was very short. We give basic instructions for the driver to go another way because we don't have doorbells. Also, we asked for a menu for next time and they don't have any. So we're waiting for the pizza now. Not a long wait, thankful

Pizza is getting expensive ???? 21 dollars for 4 slice's 5 dollar pizza not a jumbo slice either.

We order from here weekly and the food is great. Order is always on time either delivery or pickup. Only place in the area you can get pizza by the slice. I’ve tried most of their food items and everything is good ????
