The place is set up so you can build your own bowl. It quick to make and I enjoyed the taste. Most of the meats are raw like sushi except for the shrimp that have been precooked and chilled.
Very vegan friendly, super sweet staff and extremely reasonable prices!
Fantastic poke at great prices!! Had the regular size bowl and it was super filling with great amounts of fish!
