I did eat there on a Sunday for a lunch around 2:30 pm , the food was very good and it was not expensive .
The food was AMAZING! The margaritas and Blue Motorcycle drinks are good as well. The owner was sweet and she was very accomadating to our group. The next time we go to Silver Spring we'll make sure to visit Odalis!
The food was not it and they don’t even wear masks in that place knowing theres a pandemic going on food was 1/10.
