Very disappointed tonight. We usually go to the O'Charleys in Midlothian but we were in the area of this one. Started out ok except several tables near us sat uncleaned and the table we sat at had to be wiped down. Brought us drinks pretty quick but that's where it ended. We sat there for an hour and when the food finally came out my salad had brown pieces of lettuce, my steak was raw and my sons food was lukewarm and not tender. The manager cooked a new steak for me which was a little better but I really lost my appetite. And my son said his soft drink tasted like dish soap. They took 25% off the bill which they gave me someone else's bill at first, shrimp and ribs were on this bill. Got the correct bill, should have just forgot the bill. I won't go back there.
Worst location ever. The waitress brushed me off because she didn't do to go orders then was talking about other customer rudely to others. The to go person disappeared for 20 plus mins. I only get a hour lunch something that should of taken 5 mins took 30. My offer was placed for a 12 o'clock pick up a hour in advance. No excuses for poor customer service.
No, no, no. Server was running around frantic while management was standing around up front. Tea was too sweet, undrinkable, never saw waiter again to get a water or something else. Food was ok. Fried Chicken and honey was more like fried chicken in soup. Should put there honey to the side so it doesn't go to pure liquid. Broccoli, felt sorry for as it was not cooked well and left to sorry there. Definitely had better. Upon leaving we were told multiple times out cards did not good through. He finally came back and asked for cash instead of trying too fix the system, as I had thousands available on all cards handed too him. Wonder what would have happened had we not had cash.
