So disappointing...We have been a customer for this chain restaurant for a long time and it doesn't look like we'll be back. Once we were sat by the hostess it seemed like everything went downhill from there the waiter/waitress was standing by the kitchen talking to each other seeing that they had a table but no one wanted to come by. After waiting I got up and asked if they wanted our business but they both looked at me and laughed. So my family left for a customer service orientated restaurant. Never again OCharleys!!
I had not been here in over 10 years. Food & service was good. Prices reasonable. I will resume going back to this restaurant. Plenty of parking. Building on ground level - no steps to go in. And handicap parking spaces. And traffic light on nearby street to get you into the big traffic Hull Street. Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicap spaces. Building on groujd level.
Great service, fresh drinks, delicious food! Earl was a great waiter as he brought energy and knowledge to our donning experience. I had not visited this location since pre-pandemic and I must say it has actually improved. Food was fresh and hot off the stove. Happy hour was a success with great drink options to choose from. Overall, I would recommend this location to any one passing through the area or living in the areas. Food recommendations: Steak and Salmon. Spinach Artichoke Dip.
