We had great service by Mike. Unfortunately it was his last day. Food was good. Cooks split up our plate for our shared plate, which helped us a lot. Drinks were refilled often. Overall good experience.
The restaurant is definitely understaffed at present. Our experience was okay. I don't typically choose chain restaurants, but we were dining with out of town family. Another table was giving the wait staff such a hard time about their experience, and I was amazed at how calm and professional they were in a tough situation. Be prepared to wait a while for your food since the restaurant isn't properly staffed and be mindful that everyone working is truly trying their best.
Stopped in for Lunch today. It was my first time dining at O’Charley’s . My server Jackson was super attentive. The manager Dawn stopped by and offered me free pie because it was my first time dining with them. They made me feel super welcome and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back in the future.
