I've been a fan of O'Charley's loaded potato soup for years but today it tasted stale, slightly rancid. I ate a few bites then gave up. The waitress said they had changed the soup recipe a month ago but that doesn't explain the problem since I had the same soup a week ago and it was fine. This time, the restaurant was too cold and the booth we were assigned too tight for male adults. A very different experience this time and it changed my opinion. I don't think we will be back.
Visited last night. Ordered the salmon with baked potato and a salad. Everything tasted great, except the salad. I was very disappointed with the size. Thought it was a child's portion. I would pay a little more if necessary, but I felt insulted. Don't complain often, but this was ridiculous. Add a dollar or two. Dont downsize this item. Actually sent it back for a different side.
Spenser B was amazing! Very sweet and knowledgeable. He brought me extra lemons like I asked, and checked in often, but not too often.
