I had ordered carry out and I live 5 minutes from this ocharleys. I had two chicken tender meals and on both the chicken was so small and dinky and they was so hard you couldn’t even eat it. My loaded baked potato wasn’t even cooked all the way thru and cold. And the Mac and cheese on the other meal was this. It was like it was just sitting there for hours. I’m very upset that our dinner turned out like this and I tried calling a manager and was told no one was Available to talk to me.
It was pretty good. They are kid friendly and definitely a good option if in the area. Not my first pick but certainly not my last resort. A good menu for the kiddos and a good menu for the adults. I also must add that their Earl Grey tea is superb. Expect to spend around 20-25 dollars per person give or take, and around 10-15 per kid give or take.
I have been to this location many times. Every time the service was not good. I decided to go back and try it again. The service was better and the General manager Rachelle came out and asked how everything was.That had never happened before. I told her much better than the times before. She was happy to hear that. Come to this location to see how much better the service and atmosphere is.
