Delivery was good, one steak was overcooked but it was still good- and with being a delivery order we didn't mind it being overcooked since it wasn't going from grill to table. Food was warmish. All food was included this time, and was clearly labeled on the outside of the boxes. One thing that could've been better was that we had 2 bags and the cold foods(salad & pies) were separated and placed directly on top of hot food boxes, with the salads having a bag of hot rolls put on top as well. So the salads were warmer than room temperature becuase they were sandwiched between hot food. The pies (and 1 cheesecake) were room temperature. Next time, it'd be ideal to have all the cold item boxes together in one bag and on the very top to minimize the heat from the boxes underneath. Kid-friendliness: Chicken tender kid's meal now has the option between a regular kid's meal or a larger portion kid's meal(2 extra tenders) for a small price increase. A mediocre lunch experience. Chose them for free pie Wednesday, but it doesn’t exist anymore. Stayed because we were there. Only a couple of items, literally, on the lunch menu. I chose from the regular menu fish and chips. The fries were good and the fish was good but the “generous serving” of cod was 3 small pieces. The other of our party got the lunch sandwich and soup. The loaded potato soup was plentiful but not very appetizing and the sandwich was similar to a supermarket deli sandwich. On the positive side, the server was very attentive and nice. We won’t be back.

The food service was fast, appropriately hot/cold. Lemonade had free refills. Portions were absolutely huge for the price - excellent value. Staff were friendly and appeared to work well as a team. My server Marie was professional, pleasant, courteous and really made my visit a positive experience. So glad I visited while in town.
