Overall O Sole Mio is pretty good. It’s well attended by locals and the staff is friendly. Friendly can be good and bad. On the bad side they can engage in conversations for a bit of time with patrons which makes your visit a little more prolonged than intended. If you’re not in a hurry it’s ok but sometimes you just need to get in and out! Had the fried calamari appetizer, an appetizer pizza, pescatore with linguini (and another with Angel hair), fresh clams over linguini, and lots of other plates. I felt the flavoring on everything was a little on the saltier side but not so much that it stopped us from eating everything!
Oh mamma Mia!!!, this is an incredibly cool Italian restaurant. Very tasty. We were delighted. just wish the service was a little faster )
A must stop for dinner if you’re flying out of SFO! Delicious Italian seafood and pasta dinners, reasonably priced. Red checked table cloths and Sinatra/Martin playlist add to the old school charm.
