Ny Pizza Baby

Pizza has shrunk!! Large is more like a medium, maybe small. But prices went up. If you're going to put up prices, at least keep the size the same. Flavor was ok used to be the go to spot.

Horrible customer service and the quality was garbage. I used to order from here often and the food was good. It's definitely went severely down hill over the last few years. The Sicilian pizza was less then disappointing. The slices on the edges had almost no toppings/cheese/sauce. When I called to let them know I was told to take it up with Uber becAuse he gave it to him out of the oven. Really?!? Lol. It's just a pizza so not a huge deal but this place and the attitude of the "manager" I spoke to left me wondering what will take there spot in the plaza when they close, no way they stay open if this is the product they are putting out and bad Customer service.

Have ordered from here a few times and have received great service every time. I love how big the slices are and I love how big the biggest pizza is and it is huge!! Feeds my family of 5 and leftovers with 2 pizzas and ita great priced. *** Update*** not sure if owners or management has changed but I ordered pizza and the crust has changed and the sauce and the cheese sticks tasted different. I'm so sad. I loved this place before not sure what happened.
