NY Bagel & Deli Kissimmee

First time here and I am extremely happy. The bagel as amazing and so tasty. And the service was great both girls working were so nice.

I was so excited about this place when they opened. My husband and I stopped in and ordered 2 sandwiches. Neither of us liked either of them. We didn't even finish them, we threw out about half of each of our sandwiches. However, the reason I give this location 2 stars is because the cashier was cashing the people out (they were behind us) with gloves on and then didn't change or remove their gloves before touching their food. While I'm happy we are getting new restaurants in Poinciana, I don't think this location will last. The employees definitely need to be trained on sanitation and cleanliness.

There is a huge selection of styles of bagels and toppings/sandwich options. Service was a bit hit and miss, so room for improvement. The bagels were delightful though - plenty of salmon and capers on the nova lox, really filling and very tasty! Bacon, cheese, and egg bagels was also a hit ???? Vegetarian options: Can choose a variety of vegetarian toppings, or just have a plain bagel. Parking: Store located in a shopping Plaza so plenty of spots within easy walking distance. Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor access. Not sure about opening the front door (if it had any option to auto-open) but the store is quite busy, so even if the staff don't notice you, someone else will and hopefully provide assistance if needed.
