Nuevo Leon has been a long-time favorite for our family. Over the past few years, we've introduced this restaurant to my extended family... to the point that they've begun requesting to go here for special occasions. It has been some time since we've dined in, as we've become accustomed to using various food delivery apps instead. Today was without a doubt the worst experience we've ever had (still 3 stars because the food is nothing short of amazing). Immediately greeted with hostility and a negative attitude... the air was so incredibly uncomfortable for a solid hour until out of nowhere, everything shifted back to the normal experience. Everyone has bad days and that's completely understandable, but it created enough of a bad experience that I feel my family will not be back for a whole.
