Nuevo China Buffet

Overall it was a very good experience. The collection of food was reasonably large, including crab legs, sushi, several soups, hibachi station, and coffee. In terms of cost, it was a fantastic deal— we spent $35 for two people, and the price includes soft drinks, tea, and coffee. The servers were really nice. The interior was clean and well organized. Things I didn’t like: the foods had no labels, the dessert collection was limited, and the restroom was not very clean.

This buffet was 18$ for lunch time and not worth the price. Some food was cold on the buffet and tasted kinda old in my opinion as well. Not the worst Chinese buffet around but definitely not the best either. 3 star

While at Nuevo eating supper recently, I was at the buffet and heard a toilet flush. Approximately 5 seconds later, I saw an employee walk out of the bathroom wearing rubber gloves. Obviously 5 seconds is not long enough to properly wash your hands and put gloves back on. She walked up to the buffet and put hand sanitizer on her gloves and then went back to work touching the buffet utensils. The lack of hygiene in this instance is absolutely disgusting. I will not be back.
