Food was delicious but the past couple times my wife or I have gone in we were treated rudely by an older gentleman that worked behind the counter. He has made my wife uncomfortable to the point she doesnt want to pick up from there anymore. Over the phone he was rude and hung up on me at least twice now. Today was no different. I'm not sure the good food is worth the chance of having to deal with his bad attitude...
It is hard to find a truly Authentic Italian Restaurant. Most have lot's of non Italian dishes and not a lot of taste. One of my tests of a good Italian Restaurant is how well they make Veal Marsala. Most are mediocre but when you find a good one it is always worth returning. This one is a keeper. Service was outstanding and the food incredible. Great Local Gem.
The worst food I’ve had I had to spit it out as soon as I put it in my mouth because they didn’t say on their menu that they put some type of fish in their pasta sauce I ordered a Penne Amatriciana which normally doesn’t have any type of fish in it which tasted like anchovies and if it does have it in it you should put it in your menu. The garlic knots we got were so stale we couldn’t even chew them we had to throw everything out besides the complimentary bread and side of soup. We ordered a pickup and the people at the counter weren’t worth going back either. I’ve been to a lot of Italian restaurants and ordered pasta without any cheese never had a problem and this one felt like they judged me because of it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
