Excellent Italian beef! These guys haven't downsized their meat portions like Buona and Portillos! You get a healthy serving of beef and mozerella and peppers and no need to pay for double/extra anything????????????
WOW. This may be one of the best beef sandwiches I have ever had. It is right up there with Al's beef. First time customer here. The customer service was very friendly. It was only 20$ for a big beef sandwich, huge serving of fresh hot tasty fries, mozzeralla sticks, and a HUGE container of macaroni salad. All of which was delicious. I can't believe I've passed by this place so many times without even knowing it was there. If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend to stop in and grab a beef sandwich. This is Chicago done right!!
I love their Gyros sandwiches, hot dogs & fries. Their hamburgers don't have tasty meat though. I know that they want to keep their prices reasonable, but better ground beef would really be a game changer for their business. It would be worth a price increase. Parking: They have a good sized parking lot.
