NORMS Restaurant

The waiter, Reymundo was slow. At the time I placed my order I asked for extra butter. After he brought my food he didn't bring the butter. Had to ask again. When he delivered the butter he took off. I had to flag him down for the Syrup. Just poor service.

Wasn't planning on coming here for dinner but the Clearman steakhouse was packed. The estimated time of weight was an hour and we were hangry upon arrival. So we got back in the car and drove about a block or so down to the Norms to get our steak on. I had the Porter house with over easy eggs and biscuits and gravy just 20.99! Steak was cooked well and not dry. Dinner was also ordered which comes with both a salad and a soup! The kiddo loves his tenders and really enjoyed the cajun tots appetizer. Service was very friendly and quick, takeout brought back. To be quite honest this was a great unexpected surprise and I will be back here again what a great value a dinner for 3 at $65 and not over $100 @ Clearmans.

Worst Customer Service I've received ever and for the first time too. Had to walk out the place because they simply forgot they had customers to attend. Won't attend this Norms again. Huntington Park has more attention to customer than this joint.
