First off food was cold and the baked potato was moldy and hard . Service was horrible and the waitress lady was looking at my 8month old daughter the whole time we wrre there because her father is dark and she didnt believe that he was her dad she straight up off the bat told me oh thats ur daughter . Like well yea just cause shes not dark like her dad doesnt mean she isnt his . Rude and very disrespectful amd unprofessional????????????

I want to start off by saying I love NORMS and come here often however today I was very disappointed.. first off they took forever to take our order.. second the waiter kept calling me mama and babe.. so unprofessional.. brought me a coffee 45 min later.. no utensils to mix it.. and the worst of it was when I got finally got my food there was a hair in it!!!! ???????? very unsatisfactory and disgusting.. never again!!
