The server was nice, but our drinks tasted like carbonated water and they took like 15 minutes to bring them out after we told them. Also the food was not according to what we order, steak was supposed to be well done and what I got was medium rare. An older restaurant on a well travelled corner; shows the wear of all those customers and it just adds to its character. Very clean, well staffed, the service was top notch and super speedy. Went for nostalgia with a patty melt and chocolate shake. Delicious! It was quick, fun and worth the visit for the Diner vibe.
Simple and good "American food". Fast and good sized portions. (As an Scandinavian I still think the portions are oversized) Today we tried the bacon burger, and also a breakfast with hash brown and pancakes. Everything taste good. Extra plus on the French fries because they were crispy and very fresh. Try their lemonades, they are really good. Service is good and you feel welcomed. A couple of minus though.... The restaurant does not feel clean and fresh, and could need a good scrub, and lots of wear and tear on the seats. Over all a nice place for a great breakfast or a simpler dinner.
