Noodles and Company

Great food - but it’s the service at this location that goes above and beyond - huge shout out to the crew working on 9/30/22 - you guys made my kids b’day!

Had a really great experience! I love Spaghetti and meatballs and it's my staple for Saturday & Sunday night dinner. I have been getting at a place in Pdx which is delicious but not terribly convenient. Tried local Olive Garden & Spaghetti Factory really pricy & OG did not impress. Finally discovered Noodles & Co. Noodles were delicious & came with 5 meatballs where all the other places come with 2 or 3. Only downside could use more marinara sauce so I usually add on for $1 still cheaper than other places! Ordered off the app prices better than all 3! Service was great I had placed an order went to pickup wasn't sure I had finished the order and accidentally placed a 2nd. The young lady who brought out my food brought the 2nd order to my attention & when I explained what happened she asked me to wait a second ran right in to check alert the manager. She came out promptly and advised me she let him know and he would cancel the 2nd order & reverse the charges. The next day I got the cred

We decided to try Noodles and Co last night while staying in Vancouver at a hotel. We ordered for delivery, sadly we had a few items missing. Our kids drinks were missing and an ingredient in our salad was missing. I called them and the way they handled the situation was the best I have ever experienced. The manager admitted to their own mistake, didn't blame his employees. I got refunded for the kids meals and the salad, which honestly wasn't what I was expecting. The food was beyond delicious and we literally have nothing left. Thank you for making things right! Truly best company I've ever seen. We will be getting food from here again! Their manager needs a raise, I've never seen a manager admit their wrongs, make it right and try to fix it the best way possible.
