Noodles and Company

Charged me twice for my takeout order and was told by a worker at the restaurant to email their customer service. I sent an email along with proof that they charged my account twice and never heard back from the company or received a refund. Will never order from this company again. They're basically a fast food pasta factory and don't care about good service.

Just got my order from door dash, potstickers are literally charred and my $11 penne Rosa was supposed to have the Parmesan crusted chicken but was left off the order. Seems like they just don’t care.

Shanae was very patient helping me decide what I wanted since it was my first time eating here. Thank ya ma’am! She took a couple of minutes to explain the menu and asked what I liked. The food was excellent! The tables were clean and seating was comfortable. The only (very minor) complaint I would have is it was very hot outside and it was warmer than I’d like in the restaurant. I will absolutely be back!
