Noodles and Company

I visited last week with my grandchildren. The food was fine as expected. The service was whacko. It appeared that they had plenty of help but that they were all ill-equipped to take an order or get an order straight and they found it all humorous. Easy and typical questions stumped them. They were not unkind but clearly not on their game. We had a 4 person dine in order and a carry-out order. Thankfully we did not pick it up to go as it would have been a mess as I had to ask them to rectify several things. Also straws and napkins were only upon request and then when received, kind of icky paper towels instead of napkins. They need some strong supervision.

I visited yesterday, 9/12 around 8:10 pm. There were no employees behind the counter, but three women sitting at tables on their phones. They didn’t have food, just half-empty open drink cups so I assume they were the employees. I stood around and waited for 5 minutes or so and then walked out. When I glanced in the window as I walked out the three girls were all laughing and trying to avoid eye contact. It was terrible.

This was my first time eating at Noodles and Co. Neither my wife or I ate more than a few bites of our respective orders. The salt taste was so overwhelming. I got there 15 minutes after ordering and the noodles in my dish were already dry and congealed.
