Noodles and Company

Not much to say. It's pretty much average. I paid 16 dollars for a small bowl of chicken pesto noodles and a small coke. To me... too high for the quality. I would have paid 10 for the bowl and the drink but not 16. Sorry won't be back.

I'm a vegan, so there weren't a ton of options, but the young man at the front counter was very personable and accommodating. He was patient and double-checked with a more senior team member about what could be worked out. Dietary restrictions in chain restaurants can be a hassle for everyone involved; his sense of humor in the situation made me feel at ease like my request was no more complicated than anyone else's . I had two kids with me who were bouncing around, but he didn't seem agitated. He was just nice! Another young man brought out the food and came back to see if we might need more napkins. Everyone was very sweet. I wish I'd caught someone's name to thank them properly. Great lunch crew!

The young lady at the front counter taking orders (Anna I believe) is so dry in her customer service delivery. She made me feel rushed to place my order, was impatient and not friendly at all. While myself and others waited on our Togo ordered she sat on her phone with her back turned majority of the time. Seems like she was ready to get off work. If it was a rough day don’t take it out on the customers. Very unprofessional. I will find another location to spend my dollars.
