Noodles and Company

Food is good. However, there is a consistent lack of customer service. Placed a curbside order yesterday. My order was ready, according to the app. But I waited out in the car for almost 10 mins before I went inside. A woman saw me but did not acknowledge me. I had to wave down another employee because my order wasn’t at the pickup counter either. Few mins later, somebody was able to hand over the order to me and the bag was sitting next to that woman who did not acknowledge me the entire time! What a joke! I will not be returning to this location!

GREAT PLACE!!! I gave this place 5* because of the GREAT customer service! From the items on the menu to the young man who took our order to how the chef/manager handled it when we wanted more Alfredo sauce on our noodles!! The Eagan location has my business and my recommendation when anyone is looking a family-friendly, date-friendly; dining area and Good Food at Great cost with 5* customer service. The kind that are hard to find!!

It was a pretty crowded lunch rush today and I witnessed some not very polite other customers but the team there were absolutely lovely and my food was cooked exactly as I ordered. Thank you!
