Noodles and Company

Our to go order is missing one item, good thing I double check it before I left. But then when we got home the frustration continues because their servings is way less compared to the one in Sacramento also I barely taste the meats because the amount are too small.

The food was sub-par. My kids and I didn’t finish our meals OR take home the leftovers. The food was over seasoned, over cooked and not great at all. The restaurant itself was dirty and my experience here did not compare to the Vacaville location, I will travel the distance next time to get much better service and food from my otherwise favorite restaurant.

I hate giving this rating because it’s been one of me and my kids favorite place to go together but being in customer service in the past today crossed the line . It was 7:30 and they were putting up the chairs with 1:30 hrs still left open on a Saturday. Next for 20 mins they said the bathroom was closed when I had a toddler that need to go to the bathroom.
